Andrew Weldon Completes Successful Test at Anderson Speedway

Andrew Weldon was introduced to The World’s Fastest ¼” Mile track on Saturday by SS Racing lead by Butch Miller. Weldon logged over 300 laps on the historic high banked track.

“Andrew did really well today. We did a lot more laps than I thought we would. He got up to speed fast and was a good listener. I like that” said (3) time ASA National Champion mentor Butch Miller.

Team owner Ken Smith was excited as well, “Being the winter, it is tough to get tracks in Indiana. We really did not want to take Andrew here, but it was the only track available. I was very impressed how he adapted to the track and the speed. He ran a lot of laps and gained excellent seat time”

Weldon and SS Racing are in discussions for sponsorship opportunities in 2006.
